This mini course explores meditation at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern life.

We explore what it means to live an embodied life, to become intimate with body + mind

In a way that feels welcoming & Intentional.

The modules

  • We will explore what yoga & meditation are all about and and why we meditate. We will look at different approaches to meditation, yogic philosophies, and lay some strong foundations. We begin this module with shorter meditation and embodiment practices, each module going longer and deeper.

  • We will learn about the different brain wave states & the nervous system and how this impacts our meditation. We will explore different tools from the new and cutting edge fields of neuroscience and the study of the nervous system, applying them practically to allow us to safely drop into deeper and more intentional states of meditation.

  • We will workshop through the ancient and yet ever relevant healing modality of ayurveda as we learn how to create inward balance and stability. We will be exploring and learning how to work with your unique constitution as well as learning how to navigate the forever changing landscape of you.

  • Bringing it all together. We will look at the history & philosophy of tantric yoga and further explore meditation as a spiritual practice to nourish you for life.

  • Yes, the course is designed to be a 4 week journey, but you will have the content forever so you can work through at a pace that feels good to you.

  • All of the talks, meditations, and content is pre-recorded. It is a self study course without any coaching support. If you would like additional support please contact me via email to organise 1:1 coaching.

  • We will work with both active and passive forms of body-based meditation. Drawing on inspiration from the fields of somatic experiencing, classical tantra, buddhist meditation, and yogic meditation. The course will equip you with a toolbox so that you feel empowered to meditate in a way that feels medicinal for you.

  • Each module comprises of one lecture (20-40 minutes long), one meditation, as well as a handful of other supportive resources including PDFs, guided breathwork and movement practices, tutorials and more.

  • No, this is a self study course and it is your responsibility to get the most out of it.

  • No, this mini-course is simply for your own joy, curiosity, and expansion.

  • It’s yours for life. Take your time to make your way through this course and revisit it whenever you need a spark of inspiration or a guided meditation.
